⚠️ Important: Cometest123 is a recommendation platform, not a betting operator. We do not handle bets, process UPI payments, or manage player accounts. These terms govern your use of the Cometest123 website. When you click a link to a third-party gaming platform, that platform's terms apply.

1. About Cometest123

Cometest123 ($cometest123.com) is an independent Indian gaming recommendation platform operated from Bangalore, India. We review, rank, and compare cricket betting apps, slot games, Teen Patti platforms, Andar Bahar rooms, and Satta Matka markets. We do not operate any gaming platform, accept bets, process deposits or withdrawals, or hold player funds. All "Play Now" and "Download" buttons on Cometest123 link to third-party platforms that we have reviewed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cometest123. We require age verification for any account features. Users from Telangana, Assam, Odisha, and Sikkim should check their local laws before clicking through to any gaming platform, as these states have restrictions on online gaming. Cometest123 does not provide legal advice. If you are unsure whether online gaming is legal in your state, consult a qualified Indian lawyer.

4. Third-Party Platforms

When you click a "Play Now," "Join Table," "Download," or similar button on Cometest123, you leave our website and visit a third-party gaming platform. Cometest123 is not responsible for the content, policies, payment processes, game fairness, or customer service of any third-party platform. Each platform has its own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy. Read them before creating an account or making a UPI deposit.

Cometest123 may receive referral commissions from some platforms we review. This does not affect our review scores, rankings, or editorial content. We review every platform using the same criteria regardless of whether we earn a commission.

5. UPI and Payment Information

Cometest123 provides information about UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RuPay cards, bank transfers (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS), and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT). However, Cometest123 does not process any payments. All deposits and withdrawals happen on the third-party platform you choose to play on. We are not responsible for failed UPI transactions, delayed withdrawals, or payment disputes on third-party platforms. Contact the platform's support team for payment issues.

6. Data We Collect

Cometest123 collects minimal user data. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not store your Aadhaar, PAN, UPI ID, bank details, or KYC documents. Any such information you provide goes directly to the third-party platform, not to Cometest123.

Game images and provider logos are sourced from publicly available data and remain the property of their respective owners. Tournament data is sourced from slotslaunch.com and other public sources.

8. Disclaimer

Cometest123 is an informational website. We do not encourage or facilitate illegal gambling. Gaming laws in India are complex and vary by state. Skill-based gaming (cricket betting, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar) may be legal in some states and restricted in others. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of your state. Cometest123 does not provide legal advice. If you have questions about the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction, consult a qualified lawyer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cometest123 is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of third-party gaming platforms. We are a recommendation service. If you lose money on a platform we reviewed, that is between you and that platform. If a platform fails to pay your UPI withdrawal, contact their support team, not ours. We do our best to review platforms honestly, but we cannot guarantee any platform's behavior.
